Mr Trotter was so easy to talk to and he recommended a course of treatment for me. On leaving his consulting room he told me that he would get me right, and my goodness he certainly has. I was very sceptical about the physiotherapist exercises initially and due to the COVID-19 pandemic, my appointments with the physiotherapists were via Zoom apart from one, but they certainly worked. I will still do the exercises for my balance, but less frequently. I would certainly recommend Mr Trotter and his team without hesitation.

We have been under the care of Dr Trotter for 6 years. We followed him to walsgrave hospital as he is the best! The care we have continued to receive has been outstanding. He has the best bedside manner and knows how to put you at ease. My son trusts and understands Dr Trotter when we visit him. He recently carried out surgery on my sons ear and we understood fully what was going to happen and trusted 100 percent that he would do a brilliant job and we weren’t wrong. My sons ear has now been repaired and hearing is normal. We will be forever grateful to Dr Trotter and I’m so thankful he’s been our consultant during these uncertain years. Thankyou. There is nothing Dr Trotter could do better. He is our hero!

Dr Trotter is a lovely, calm, kind and caring person who listened to all that was said. He gave good advice regarding follow up examinations in a reassuring manner. I have full trust in him and he helped me with his relaxed manner and sense of humour which put me at ease. I would recommend him to anyone with similar problems in a heartbeat. He made what could have been a scary experience into something positive.
